Master Song is a patient and caring instructor. He explains the details very well and is very good at encouraging the students to keep practicing. My daughter really likes his class. Strongly recommend this to anyone who is interested in Kungfu class!

Master Song is a very great teacher. My son was deeply attracted to him in his first class. Unconsciously, we have been studying for three months, and my son has made great progress. Master Song does not only teach Kung Fu, but he also tells the children a lot of truth. My son admires him very much. This is definitely a good place for children.

My son has been attending classes with Master Song before Master Song started Song's Kung Fu in San Jose. He is currently continuing with private lessons. Master Song's classes are always fun-filled, full of energy, and interactive. He knows exactly what to say to engage and motivate each kid. His lessons are fun to watch as he has a great sense of humor. For older kids, he teaches in more depth than just telling you what to do as he often explains the purpose of each move in terms that are understandable to both kids and Kung Fu novice (like me). My son loves weapons and I have seen great improvement in his dexterity, speed and power maneuvering single and double weapons. It is quite an experience to see him flying around with twin swords like martial arts heroes in movies. I wish I could do that ;-). I am proud to show off pictures of his Kung Fu postures to my family members. I feel that Master Song has a special gift not only in Kung Fu but also in working with kids. Thank you, Master Song! I highly recommend joining this studio if your kids are interested in Kung Fu.

Master Song is a passionate and dedicated teacher, yet fun and playful at times. My daughter, at age 6, loved her lessons and often gave him a big hug after every class. She was a little mixed up in language but Master Song was always patient and kind with her. This is definitely a great place for little ones to start Kung Fu.
