My first review of 2020 goes to...the place I spent New Year's Day! For the second year in a row, I took full advantage of TYS's free yoga classes on January 1, so I thought it'd be fitting to drop by an update my review.nnI've been coming to TYS for almost 2 years now and love it just as much as my first class! Actually, I love it maybe a little bit more now that I no longer get nauseous after every class, LOL. The instructors are all great. The studio is clean (doesn't smell) and has these huge windows that let in plenty of light.nnMy two fave instructors are Yvonne and Alice. I'm lucky because they teach weekend aerial yoga classes, and weekend classes work out better for my schedule. They're both tough but it hurts SO good. Yvonne does a lot of core work, Alice does a lot of strength.. and both are great at remembering students, helping work on poses, and encouraging my growth (and not making me feel bad when life hits and I don't make it to yoga regularly).

Great yoga classes with easy/convenient online check-in! They have a variety of props that you can use including bolsters, blankets, straps, and blocks. There are also changing rooms and cubbies to store your things. Bring your own mat though. Great floor space with mirrors and a good sound system.nnI especially liked the therapeutic yoga and gentle yoga -- I haven't seen these two methods anywhere else! They also have aerial yoga, which is a unique style that isn't offered in many places.
I took the aerial yoga classes. The yoga room is quite nice.nTeachers were very good too.nThey are 4.5 in my opinion.
One of the best studios I've been to. I found it on Groupon, and but I've stayed with it due to its proximity to where I live and because of the instructors. They're all great!
