Their amazing personal trainer who operates in this place is just excellent!! I highly recommend her outstanding services. She motivates me to push myself to achieve my fitness goals, is very passionate about seeing her clients reach higher heights in their fitness journey. I strongly recommend her and this will always be my go to place.
They won't cancel my membership over the phone or email.nI have moved and can't be there in person to cancel the membership.nSo they just keep charging me every month.nWith this experience I can't recommend them.

Clean. Nice equipment.
It's a nice small neighborhood gym. They have good equipment and a small homey environment, however they don't have a huge facility with lots of equipment like 24 or powerhouse. This is a great gym if you are looking for a friendly in and out spot to burn some calories!
