Such an amazing and inspiring place to work out. Even on days that I had little energy I was also so excited to get my workout in as I knew the hour sessions I spent were well worth it. Holly and the rest of the trainers have been amazing in helping me feel like the best version of myself - whether it is the checkin calls while at school on the east coast or the in studio workouts. Can't recommend enough!

I joined Holly in May of 2020 hoping to better my health, I felt like COVID was really putting a damper on my regular workout routine. I worked with Vanessa 3 times a week in May and would run the other days. I lost 5 pounds in my first week from working out and watching my caloric intake that Holly provided for me. At the end of the month I had lost 10 pounds. Then I switched to semi privates because the cost was a lot for me. I LOVE semi privates with Jen on Wednesday's, I kickbox and do Yoga on Monday/Fridays and run Tuesday/Thursday and Saturdays anywhere 3-4.5 miles. My weight is always at 151.2 or 150 now and I've never felt more fit or health conscious. I love getting my workouts in and I love how much my eating habits have changed for the better. I still eat things I like just in moderation and I feel so much better. My friends and family really started to notice in July my changes and how much more toned and healthier I looked. I try to just focus on lean muscle building and flexibility now more than weight. I am happy to have Holly and Jen and the team helping me and supporting me through my lifestyle change and continuing to challenge me month to month and week to week.

Since training with Holly Roser Fitness I have been able to reach my health and fitness goals! Holly is amazing and has always been very kind and supportive. I train with Megan who is an absolute delight! She creates fun workouts and provides me with additional information and resources to help me. I would highly recommend Holly Roser Fitness to anyone!

I have been training with Holly for over a year.The best thing about training with Holly is that I always feel better when I leave. She is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). I feel that she gears each session according to my ability and goals, I feel challenged each time. Holly is very knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition and will tailor a program to match your individual needs and goals. She is also one of the most encouraging people I have ever met both in and out of the gym. She and her staff will be there to support you through your personal fitness journey, I highly recommend Holly and her studio.

I love how I feel after training with Holly. She always has a great attitude that is contagious. She makes you work hard but gives you all the support you need to be your best self.nnIn the last 6 months, I have seen how much stronger I've gotten, how my body has progressed, how great I feel when I wake up and how happy I am throughout the day. I can definitely attribute this to Holly's training plans and her constant yet loving pestering of better eating habits.
