After being assigned a public defender I requested the court provide me with a new lawyer. The court allowed me to use a private lawyer who was Derek Conom. Derek worked to get the best possible outcome without going to trial. Although he was confident he could win at trial he saved me the time and hassle and the outcome was excellent. Very nice guy and a great communicator. If you need an attorney to tell you the truth and not blow smoke, Derek is a straight shooter who is experienced and respected in the courts.

I had Mr. Derek Conom represent me in a major case of identity theft. 4 counties and the Feds all wanted to give me time with consecutive sentences, so I was looking at 20-30 years behind bars. I thought my life was over and almost gave up. Mr Conom fought for me and in the end I came away with a 65 month sentence. What impressed me most was how much he actually cared about what happened to me. He knew I was a good person who got caught up in the wrong world. I served my time and since release I’ve bought a home and own a business. I wouldn’t have been able to achieve what I have in life now without the fight he put up on my behalf. Hire him and pay this man he does his job.
