I'm a realtor. I have worked with Jonathan twice. He is absolately the BEST lawyer I ever met. He is totally different with other lawyer. He listens to me and gave the best solution to me; it really helped me a lot in the difficult time and made me a peace of mind. Thank you Jonathan! I've worked with Kimberlee Walker Olsen on multiple critical legal transactions for my real estate investing business. In each case I was very pleased with the outcome and with Kimberlee's legal services. She is highly adept at written communications and getting to the core of the issue at hand. She is also an excellent negotiator and strikes an effective balance between understanding the opposing side's needs while remaining firm on the key points needed by her client. Unfortunately I have had to interact with a few different lawyers in the past decade, but fortunately for the last legal dispute, I had Mr. Luke. Dealing with him is very, very different than other attorneys. In other words, he will give you the best advice for you, and for you to be in the best situation possible. As opposed to others who will give you best case scenario/potential advice, in order to have you pursue more and rack up the fees.nnMr. Luke has exceptional communication and was very prompt throughout the process. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Kim Olsen resolved the problem I was having with the title company for the closing of my home. They could not locate the fulfillment deed which forced me to hire an attorney. Fortunately I hired Kim Olsen. She worked diligently to resolve the problem while trying to avoid a quiet title action that could cost me thousands of dollars and possibly several months. After several weeks Kim used a different title company and they found the document within 24 hours. Then Kim advised the original title company to refund my entire attorney fees. I will never use any other attorney!!!
