Fast, friendly and very affordable! Whipped me out a couple of new door and ignition keys for my old Jeep in no time. Great conversation as well. I'll never use anyone else.
Denise has been amazing about helping me troubleshoot issues with my safe. Customer service from EVERYONE there was stellar. If I ever need another safe, need copies of keys, or need lock-out help, I would see them. Thank you SO much!!!!
I cannot believe I ever got keys made any other place. I bought a safe from Elite years ago and that experience was great, safe had to go upstairs and they have a robot that climbs stairs while carrying the safe! I was trying to get a key made and went to several places when a lady suggested I go to Elite, well, this is the place to go, I was in and out of there in minutes, I was so impressed, I went back the next day!
I had called locksmiths all over to get quotes and figure out who to hire to help me. Everyone wanted $100 at least, or more, to come out whenever they had time. I would have had to wait, pay a fee, pay for the lock, etc. She was the ONLY ONE who said she’d sell me a good quality lock and explain how to install it myself using a couple parts I already had. And she DID. Not even twenty bucks and five minutes later I was set up. She saved me time, money, and resources and if you go to anyone besides her you’re wasting your money. Also, incredible customer service.
The Owner Said SHE would be my Miracle and she was! She found the key I needed, saved me time money and was pleasant. Great customer service. They also are taking aopropriate measure to prevent spread of CoVid19nnTime and time again they have come through for me when in a bind over the years.nnThanks
