Baxter Legal Services (Anthony) Assisted in negotiations for my building lease for my business. The proposed lease was written in a manner to protect the building owner's interest with very little protection for the tenant's interest. Anthony negotiated terms and provided the legal language for the Lease Agreement where it was fair and equitable for both parties.nnI would recommend you have Anthony review any lease agreement or legal document before you sign, if for nothing else just to make sure you know exactly what obligations you are committing to.
