Really nice place, clean for a parking lot, not Campground. Great location and nice people. Extended stay cause there salt to see and do. Nice hearing and seeing the sunsets and ocean. Worth the stay.

Its clean and has a nice pool, playground was closed due to covid but looked decent. Nice location near the water with a path to walk and get to the small nearby beach but the spaces are super tight like a parking spot with no room to setup your chairs or a table on the side to hang out. you

Super convenient! Great location in N Pacifica.nNice places to eat and hike are really close and you can see whales spraying off the coast!nnSpace is a little tight but so what! You are on the coast and outside SF for a reasonable rate. The pool was super clean and WARM! Very nice in the cold Pacific Ocean air.nnWe’ll stop here again. Thanks ud83eudd19ud83cudffc

Love staying here. Clean bathrooms. Clean area in general. Feels like your right on the beach, but close to town!

I have to say this park has great potential but was one of the worst I've ever stayed in during almost 3 years of full timing. I was told by many that's it's the best park in that area so I went for it.nnThe positive aspects start with the central location. It's in a great spot although that part of Pacifica is a bit seedy and smells like urine. You can walk to the store and there's a good number of places to eat. I was also surprised to be able to see the whales during migration from my bedroom window - the park is literally crumbling into the ocean. That's where the sort of positive part of my review stops.nnThe place is overpriced which was not surprising for the area but more so for the state it is in. It's just a big parking lot, which I didn't even mind, but it is very run down. The amenities are not clean and look like what you'd expect a public beach restroom to look like, rusty and damp. While the office staff is friendly it's clear the property manager could care less. Many of the long term residents are pleasant but the weekenders are horrible. There are tons of barking dogs, screaming kids and people that will walk right through your tiny narrow site. For me I had a large site to keep my trailer hitched to my motorhome but had a three foot space on one side, not even enough room to put the cover out more than halfway. After bringing this up to the property manager who was extremely rude I decided to talk with my neighbor about blocking our walkway and eventually had to put up signs deterring people walking through my space - still had people squeezing through. Mind you, I was one RV from the end of the row. For those staying even longer their sites were very cluttered. Few seemed to follow the park rules and the park didn't seem to be able to enforce those in place.nnAlso, a tip for those that have never spent an extended time on a beach, your RV, trailer, car, propane tanks and anything else that can rust or oxidize will do so in the blink of an eye. Totally not worth it.nnI intended to stay for three months and left after two. If you must stay in the area I don't think you have much of a choice..at least you've been warned!
