I have tried many yoga classes, but have left feeling unfulfilled or overwhelmed after a class. Baptiste Power Yoga Silicon Valley is the first studio that I have felt at home at. The practice teaches the essence and core of what the tradition of yoga is and does it in the most compelling way. All the teachers here love what they do and encourage you to be a better version of yourself each time you go. As a beginner I have never felt daunted and the teachers encourage you to just do the best you can and help you with any moves you may need assistance with. Your skill or level of practice is never judged by any participants or the teachers. It is a wonderful community!

I am very impressed with this studio so far! Ever since moving to the area I had been looking for challenging hot vinyasa classes and I finally found the right fit. The instructors are very friendly and welcoming and assemble creative classes. I really like that the classes are never too crowded (something hard to find in studios in the area). Finally parking is really easy and the Studio is a clean and enjoyable place to be. Great job!

I started Baptiste Yoga 5 years ago on the island of Kauai and fell in love with the practice. I recently moved to San Jose and found Baptiste Yoga in Silicon Valley. I've gone to 5 classes so far and am very happy with the teachers, the studio and the vibe. They have a schedule that accommodates a variety of times, so it will be easy to keep a consistent practice. I recommend this studio for anyone looking for a great heated Vinyassa Power flow class!

Clean facility, nice teachers - at times class pace felt too fast but teachers didn’t push beyond my limit and helped me adjust. Challenging and fun classes. Parking could get a bit crowded because it’s in the plaza with other businesses.

Clean and relaxed atmosphere in the studio. I have come to enjoy the elevated temperature and much appreciate the cushioned floor.nInstructors are very personable and helpful.
