I purchased a used Dodge Truck from this dealership. I live out of state but these guys had exactly what I wanted. The salesman was able to get me the deal that I wanted. I walked out a happy man!! 1 week later had an issue.....nAfter only 2 emails to the Manager, they made good on. the problem in a quick and professional manner.nDEFINITELY worth the drive. !!!!nWouldn't hesitate to go there again.n5 stars from me....

Had a amazing experience with these guys. Called and scheduled a appointment with the manager Rob for my truck. Showed up and one of the salesman Lee came out with the keys and let me on my way with a test drive. No haggle or hassling at all. I knew what I was looking for and didn’t get pressured at all. They were also good enough to repair the things I pointed out at no cost. The service department rep Carlos has been outstanding in helping me get those repairs done. Overall best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle from a dealer. I’m super picky when it comes to any of my vehicles and I always do my own financing before and made that clear from the beginning and they respected every bit of it. Also finance manager was a great man to work with as well. Thank you Rairdons!

These guys were amazing. Told me they could probably get me approved. When I went in there they did get me approved interest rate was kinda high. They said not to worry that they would keep working with some lenders to get my interest lower and they did just that. Very happy with my purchase through Lee, Russ, and David. Would definitely recommend them to friends and also purchase through the dealership there again. Thank you guys for all the hard work you put in to make my experience great.

I just bought my dream Jeep!! The Sales Manger Russ and his staff are the BEST! It was so refreshing to purchase a vehicle from someone who genuinely cares about you and you’re experience! After explaining my current finances, I was not sure if I would be able to purchase my Jeep, Russ assured me he would find me the best financing available and he did! It was nerve racking not sure if I would get what I wanted. Russ not only found me the best financing but also gave me more then I was expecting for my trade! I am now a very happy Jeep owner :) THANK YOU Russ for your professionalism and making my whole experience stress free!!

Rob, the GM at Rairdon of Monroe is a great person to do business with. He and his team were efficient, honest, and helpful with our truck purchase. Rob went out of his way to find us the best possible deal with excellent terms, he was transparent with the process and made sure we were in a good situation with our purchase. We will shop here again! Highly recommended.
