While driving up in Ephraim Canyon, I put a hole in my tire, and I put a spare on and drove to the Big-O in Nephi. I got there with about 20 minutes before they were scheduled to close, and I was hoping to just get the hole patched up well enough to get me home. Well, the hole ended up being massive, and I had to get a brand new tire. The team worked so quickly and were so kind and helpful. I felt well taken care of and I know my car was in good hands! Even though they could have sent me away since they were closing up, they chose to help me, and they helped me with a smile on their faces and they did it so quickly! I am lucky to have found such a great place to get this repaired!
In the area for a camping trip and found a mysterious oil leak. They picked up the phone immediately, and talked me through a few scenarios. Brought my truck down, and within an hour they'd taken my truck in the bay, diagnosed the issue, and sent me on my way free of charge. (Turns out the oil change place back home had overfilled oil in the engine.) Very down-to-earth, helpful service. Much appreciated.
Great service! The gentlemen here are so kind and understanding. I had a squeaky noise after getting a flat tire and getting new tires.. I took it in later in the day when they are usually super busy. They fixed the problem and I got my car back within an hour! I highly recommend them!

Super fast service! We got a flat on a highway, UHP officer helped us put the spare on, and we got a new tire here. It took less than 30 minutes from the moment we walked into this location to the moment we drove off.
