Very good customer service experience at this location. The store manager, Josette, helped be with my rental. She stayed after hours to show me the units I wanted to see. The next day I had some trouble with the unit I requested, through no fault of hers, and she that morning she worked to get everything squared away. Truely beyond normal service. I really appreciated it!
This is our first time using Public Storage and it’s been a great experience so far! Mariah has been super friendly, helpful and informative about our options. We’d definitely recommend this location!
