I have to say this is the best storage unit facility I've ever rented out of. Physically, it's brand new actually quite beautifully built and spotlessly clean. In terms of price it seems to be in the mid-range compared with all the other places around. When I talked to them about some issues I was having with my job being affected by the covid 19 crisis, they worked with me to adjust my payment options and surprisingly spent quite a lot of time working it out to my satisfaction I was really impressed. You don't really see this kind of customer service at a storage unit place so wow I highly recommend them. Candice by the way is excellent!
I had never rented a storage unit before, Kandis gave me tons of insight and didn't even pressure me to rent from them. I chose them over other places for that reason, the fact they were the least expensive was just a bonus. When I return to get into my unit, I feel more known and treated better than from my own landlord's staff.
Good staff was informed helpful and knowledgeable. No body talked down to me like a mutt, no body talked up to me like groveling toads, they talked with me and got the job done right the first time. Its good to work with real people
We rented a Uhaul from here and had a great overall experience. Not only was the price better than most, it was a super simple check in and out process and Kandis was extremely helpful. The property is very well run and I’d reuse in a heartbeat!
I reserved a unit online and recieved a call first thing the next morning. I went in and met with Kandis who was super friendly and helpful. Their promotional rates are awesome and the facility is clean secure well designed! Thanks again Kandis!
