The best, most motivating workouts I’ve ever had (also probably the sweatiest)! Each one is different and challenging. Michael and the staff of trainers have such great energy. The community that the staff has created is so amazing and supportive. The people here genuinely care for each other and it shows. So much more than a gym.

What’s so special about McAlister Training? They CARE. I have been to every fitness studio, from Equinox to Orangetheory, and there is truly nothing like the spirit at MT. Not only are the trainers encouraging and attentive, they craft incredibly unique workouts that always leave me feeling like a stronger, more capable version of myself. Did I mention, they’re also fun? I am so grateful to have found this great community of people that I get the privilege to sweat with! Do yourself a favor and go to McAlister Training.

McAlister Training is such a great community to support everyone's fitness journey! During these rough times they are posting workouts everyday for members to participate and not miss out on workouts during these times. The innovation they are showing is a step ahead of most! Way to go McAlister team!

McAlister Training is the most positive, motivating, and fun workout environment I’ve ever experienced. The classes allow you to challenge yourself, and go by so quickly with the circuit style classes, good vibes, and great music! The instructors create new workouts for each class so you’re never doing the same thing twice. They also make sure that you are doing the exercises correctly and with good form, which I appreciate!

I've been a regular at McAlister Training since January 2018.nnFor a few years, post-college, I struggled with being slightly obese (slowed metabolism) and having decreased flexibility and weak legs (recurring ankle injuries from basketball). I love playing sports, and I was frustrated that even in my mid-20s, I was losing the stamina and agility to play sports to support my competitive nature. I hated how I couldn't walk up 4 flights of stairs at my work without huffing and puffing!nnAfter giving up my membership to a traditional gym, I signed up for McAlister, and haven't looked back!nnI have a love-hate relationship with Michael's workouts ;). They are really tough! I was used to lifting heavy weights, skipping leg day and cardio, and now everyday is leg/core/full-body day. Even now, I'm usually crumpled on the floor in a ball of sweat. But, I love how it positively affects me, physically and mentally. My legs have never been stronger. I have more overall strength, endurance, and flexibility than I've ever had. I feel more confident when I'm playing sports, I love that my physicality and endurance doesn't get in the way of living a very active lifestyle.nnThe thing that has be coming back is Michael. Every single workout, he's upbeat, positive and encouraging and he really sets the tone for the entire gym. He's really creative in coming up with different movements each week, and he'll modify the workouts for pregnant women and those dealing with minor injuries.
