Super easy airport! Clean and bright. Car rental is right outside of baggage claim. Super convenient. Micros on tab in gate waiting area. Love the jetway with glass walls.
This is a beautiful new terminal. Relaxed, friendly, just like SLO. Even have an outside patio area AFTER security. Plenty of parking too!
The airport is very nice and clean and 99% of the people that work there are awesome. The only problem like all problems is this one hispanic female who takes her job way too seriously and makes everyone miserable. It’s ironic though that everyone else is helpful and nice and they’re all white except the rude tsa female who is not.
Love this airport. Small, clean, easy to navigate. Easy to get flights to major hubs and also other regional airports in western US.
I fly a lot and hate using this airport. They fired all the older, knowledgeable staff and the young staff are just plain unhelpful and rude. I used to be able to check my bags through to my final destination and now I have to go get them at my transfercairpirt and check them in all over again. What a waste of time and frustrating especially on international flights.
