Love being so close to the sand and water, great dog friendly place! I've been here twice a year for several years. I love it more every time.nnTent camping or RV spots, all with electric connections for wonderful glamping. Small store on site for ice and essentials.nnOcean breeze can be very windy at times, lots of sea birds. Great walking on beach. Bring your warm layer for early morning walks without crowds.

Updated Sept 30, 2020: This is a functional good working order RV part very close to the beach and 10 minutes to Morro Rock. It is not a pretty park. Sites are dirt and sand, grass is very thin. Laundry is inexpensive, clean and functional. I used the restroom once at 9am on a weekday, it smelled. The fixtures were rusted (salt-water air probably doesn't help that) Good AT&T cell coverage.nnPrior visit several years ago: Polite staff, clean, facilities in good working order. Everything a bit dated. Awesome location, a private RV part so close to the beach.

Great place to spend overnight in your car or rv! The bathrooms and showers are included in the price and the bathrooms are always clean! You don't need any quarters to use the restroom or showers. I Definitely recommend this place!

We were thrilled to be able to see the Morro rock up close. How cool is that! Amazing dunes and so much open space to explore.
