I love supporting local businesses. I can do that through Cafe Runner as they are a local business and connect me to other local restaurants. I have used Cafe Runner a couple of times and they seem reliable, professional and friendly. I will continue to use them.

Love cafe runner. Just got back from a weekend down south at my daughters house where I had to use some new app and Hated it! Had to wait hour to talk to someone probably on the other side of the planet just to get help! My lady always orders for me but if she needs to she can call them and get help right away. So I Couldn’t wait to get home to use Cafe Runner, they make it so easy. My orders are almost always right and on time buT life happens and sometimes things go wrong, but Cafe Runner is always always on top of fixing anything that happens. When something is missing and I am still hungry they deliver it, when I’m not hungry they credit me. Easy. And they are happy to do it! Lovely team, really lucky to have this service here. Trying to use them to convince my daughter to move closer LOL. Thanks Guys! Hank

Cafe runner delivered food from the Madonna Inn for my Mom’s 85th Birthday of fried chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy. Madonna Inn forgot to include the gravy. ud83dude31. Cafe Runner’s ud83cudfc3‍♀ufe0f ud83cudfc3ud83cudffb‍♂ufe0f went back and got the gravy and delivered it to my Mom. It took a while, but Mom ate SALAD with her chicken while waiting, and she’s looking forward to mashed potatoes and gravy tomorrow with her salmon. Thank you Cafe Runners for going above and beyond. There is also the cake, but that’s the icing!!!

Delivery drivers need to be more aggressive with making sure that the food, sides, and utensils are correctly packaged before delivering them. We were missing our bread sides and straws with our order with Ada's Fish House. We always leave a message with Caferunner and their runners overlook our messages on their invoice. You would think that an order over a hundred dollars would be taken more seriously. We are done using this service.
