Pizza Hut

From the young lady that took my order to the gentleman that delivered it was a great experience. I had them deliver to my semi truck and it was no problem for them. Thank you Pizza Hut Everett Washington

The experience was fine, except for the fact that I had to wait 45 minutes. I ordered carry out and when I got there this nice delivery man made sure my order came through. Service was semi-ok, but the pepperonis on my pizza were frozen. As much as I like chewing on hockey pucks, it was pretty good. 10/10.

This place is great I like the fact that they made me feel welcome and the are friendly. I never had a bad pizza from this location. Or bad service. Food is cooked well.

The person that took my order over the phone was very rude. Not to mention the manager not going to make an exception for an allergy on my pizza. A topping I wanted they could not accommodate, which they use small plastic containers for sauces but could not put my third topping which I was paying for on the side. Also when I picked up my food the person at the counter was very short, did not greet me in a friendly tone nor did she say thank for my order. At these locations with very little customer service interactions, please and thank you goes a long way. Kairi took my phone order and was at the counter. I've been living in this area for over a decade and have been ordering from the 128 Pizza Hut location. I do have expectations for a new location like this to pop up to have some level of customer service.

I’ve ordered here twice both for carry out since they have opened. The pizza has been perfect pasta great. The staff has been friendly, I like how they have a screen with names and status of the order/est wait time for it to be completed. Not a lot of parking and the inside is very small about 6/8 chairs to wait for your pizza. I hope they keep it up!
