Their online ordering system didn't recognize my address for delivery, even though I ordered from here successfully in the past. I'm only 1.6 miles away to boot. Too bad bc I remember it being good pizza. But if they don't want to be bothered with my business I can look elsewhere.

Pizza is amazing! This is my go to store for pizza. If you’ve never had garlic Jim’s, TRY IT! You won’t be disappointed. Unless of course you’re from out of town and don’t have one of them in your area... I would be disappointed too.nn*Experience*nI called after signing up for the coupon text program. It said I got a large one topping pizza for 9.99 and to show them when I got there. I called and the customer service rep said he didn’t know about it and he would ask his manager. When he got back on the phone he asked if I was talking about a large one topping for 12 and some change and I said no. He said his manager didn’t know about the deal, I kind of laughed and said it’s all over the website. He then placed me back on hold then said his manager would honor it. When I came in to pick up my order, there was a huge folding table with a stand up sign and flyers spread out all over it letting customers know about the deal lol. Must have Hit the bong a few too many times to miss that walking into work.

Overrated. I dont see what all the fuss is about - very average pizza at an exorbitant price. We expected more for $27.50. The $12 XL pizza from papajohns is equally as good. Won't be back, especially at that price. Nuts.

Amazing pizza! We get hand tossed and gluten free crusts. By far the best gluten free crust I've found so far. They also support Veterans with a great discount and voice their appreciation for our service.
