I cut 20” of my own hair the night before for donation but I absolutely butchered the cut, it was really bad! I called in the morning and was instructed to use the check in service available through the website to get my appointment. When I arrived, Titi was very friendly and understanding and we had a laugh at how bad my hair looked. She was amazingly able to make my botched haircut look cute and stylish, instructed me on how to style my now very short hair and given information about what kinds of product to use! I’m very happy with the cleanliness and safety precautions in place due to COVID as well

does your hours of operation changed due to covid?; if so please update the timing in google and other online places..we were two customers waiting from 8am, not open yet!!!!
Blonde employee checked me in told me come back @245 for a cut @3. Nobody could find me after me clearly pointing out who I was then was told I have 9 people in front of me and it will be at least another hour. Came back in 30 min later with only 2 people in chairs and 5 stylists. Was told I'm next and then the same blonde lady told me 7people still ahead of me. Another stylist took me back did my hair aggressively didn't ask me if I wanted gel or anything in my hair, asked for some water for my hair and she gave me that, after the haircut was already done. Then the stylist didn't know how to work the register so she had me use 2 registers at the same time and was upset when I cancelled 1 of them as the other one went through. Needless to say I will NEVER go back there and I urge them to do a quality control training and customer service class.
