Went in there after letting my hair grow from scratch for 4 months so then coming here all I wanted was a slight trim.After I got home my gf noticed several things off such as the length as the style looks like a bowl instead of a trimmed long hair cut.It isn’t even even in the front and on the lower neck line ?I had the manager Cassidy take me so I’m just lost for words how this basic trim led to me having a big regret and overall disappoint.I will be checking to see what options I will do as I definitely want refund and have to go elsewhere now to fix the small issues she should of been able to avoid doing this 5 years and being the manager and all. I should of followed my gut and tried a higher end salon specially all the work I put in on growing it out to have it cut so poorly.Avoid this place and pay the extra $ elsewhere.
I would normally give them a 5 star rating but our last one was QUITE disappointing. Which is why I only gave them 3 stars. I understand bc of COVID you have to go in individually .. BUT .. if you just so HAPPEN to have a special needs child where you HAVE to accompany them so they don't become anxious .. find another place or learn to cut your own hair. Bc they wouldn't let us go in with our special needs child. SOO DISAPPOINTED. But .. other then that .. we will be back when the need for masks are done and we can accompany our child. It is after all is our favorite place to get my guys hair cut.
