Fun class. I just did my first one today. I burned over 600 calories. The instructor was able yo show me the moves and keep class going at the same time so i didn't feel lost. I love it.
Who would have thought I would enjoy pulling a tire. I didn't really enjoy pulling the tire but I love the challenge.
The instructors keep the studio very clean and safe to exercise. Also the exercises are included cardio and strength at same time.
Love the instructors! Facility is new and kept clean. Worth the cost.
This is an amazing place to get a full body work out! Positive environment, friendly staff, and they have a really flexible schedule. Very supportive team! No matter the time or day, the place isn’t too over crowded, especially since I joined in the month of January. I really like how they have multiple locations, so I can go to the one in Everett which is close to home and then I can switch to the Lynnwood location for work, which is The 3 Sister’s Spa. They make it really convenient to work out with my busy schedule. No excuses! I’ve never been able to stick to a solid gym schedule so I truly feel like I can accomplish my fitness goals here. We have different workouts everyday so it never gets old or repetitive. I would definitely recommend this place to others. Thanks I Love Kickboxing for all your help!
