While searching the internet for a training facility that I can utilize to improve my boxing technique for a HIIT course I am certified in, I came across Crazy Monkey USA. I was able to speak with Eric the owner of the gym and arrange several one on one sessions with him on Sunday mornings prior to me attending my normal Body Combat class. I am really glad that I did because Eric’s ways of not only explaining on how to improve my technique but his ways of demonstrating made it that much more easier. After each session I not only walked out exhausted but gratified as well because I was learning from an instructor with a wealth of both knowledge and experience who made all those numerous strikes, punches and kicks well worth the sweat that dripped from my body at the end of each session. I look forward to more sessions in the near future, thanks Eric.

Great place to train!
Best gym in the area. Something for everyone with a wide range classes and an even wider range of clients. This is world class training and some of the best people I have ever met. Don't take my word for it though, stop by and see for yourself. It speaks for itself.
Fantastic boxing and jiu jitsu gym. The staff is very knowledgable and leaves no one behind. What I learn here is extremely valuable and I recommend this place to everyone.
