I like my tax forms preparation person very much and I'm grateful for the work that she does for me in such an efficient and well-organized manner. The fee seems to be rather high, though, and does not preclude me from shopping for a lower one next year. Still, I may return to H&R Block because of convenience, familiarity, and the trust I feel for my tax preparation professional, Betty Lee.

Organizations can have great products but the people who facilitate the products give them a less or greater value. Gary maximizes the products offered by H&R and miminizes the negative experience of filing taxes. Thank you Gary.
