We ordered a jacket for my son. The jacket was ready at the end of May. Went there on Saturday at the beginning of June to find out they were closed. ( by the way it is about an hour each way for us and info on internet says they were open M-S). Ok, then last week, on Tuesday, I called in and was told they regardless of the info on the internet, they are closed on Saturdays now. So I asked if they are open on Friday, June 28th, I was told yes, from noon to 5 pm. As you can imagine, drove over an hour to get there at 2 pm to find a piece of paper glued on the door that effective June 28th through July 8 they are closed. Due to traffic took me almost two hours to get home. Total wasted time during both trips, close to 6 hrs on both occasions.

Oh my! This place is awesome. Great customer services. They are amazing!

Only place that does lettermen jacket work and they do nice work for a decent price. Wouldn't have come across it without recommendation from another company in the area

Fantastic place. They have been making jackets for my family for many years, and will continue to do so long into the future.

Showed up at the posted hours and no one was there. No explanation.
