Unfortunately we have had very little communication with them in dealing with our issues, running payroll twice for the same paycheck, running an unscheduled payroll, six months late in reconciling 2019 books, business and taxes untouched, and now liens because of unrecorded taxes paid. Every time it was blamed on “a new tech”. I have left several messages and several contact forms to help resolve these. Crickets!!nI do not recommend!!
