The agent who prepared our taxes kinda screwed us with getting our information wrong and delaying our tax return. We have very little confidence in the fact our taxes were done correctly. I’ve already called and placed a complaint with the 1-800 number. I believe we should have our $300 to get our taxes done and submitted should be refunded because we went to H&R Block to get them right the first time.

I have always used H&R Block for my tax returns because they ensure that you get the most money back as possible and they offer protection from the IRS for a very small fee. I paid $29.99 so if the IRS has a problem, H&R Block will deal with them, or I can keep that fee and pay a lawyer around a few thousand dollars to protect me. From 2012 to 2016 we used the same professional in Nevada and then moved to California in mid 2016 and for the last two tax seasons, we have had the same tax professional from H&R Block and she has been awesome. We paid $380 for the refund, IRS and identity protection and this is coming out of our tax return and not our pockets. H&R Block is the best.
