I couldn't be more happier with the customer service with Big Dawg Motors. They are a great bunch of people and were very helpful to me. My husband has been in the market for a truck for quite some time. We stopped at Big Dawgs to browse not expecting to leave with a vehicle, but we did. My husband is happy with the purchase and I am happy with the price. There were a few minor issues known before the purchase and they called a mechanic in to fix those issues before driving off the lot. Customer service was excellent, everyone was super friendly. Even with the two less than impressed toddlers we had with us:) I will certainly choose Big Dawg Motors if the time comes again that we are in the market for a vehicle.
It shouldn't even get one star ... they are dishonest and took advantage of my disabled vet husband and myself!nI believe he is, thankfully out of business.. but, we are still suffering the consequences of this dishonest business
This is by far the most amazing car lot! We have purchased 3 vehicles from them and I can honestly say I would never go anywhere else. Jerry is a completely honest and caring man who would not even consider putting you in a situation that would not be in your best interest. The vehicles are priced beyond fairly and he make sure they're all in good working condition as well as send your vehicle to a mechanic if you find something wrong with it even after you've purchased it. Somehow they can do magic with financing :-) I couldn't be more thrilled to have stumbled upon them. Thank you again from all the Vogels.
We bought a 2006 ford explorer from here. Runs great. Everyone is super friendly and accomodating! Would recommend here for any of your used car needs!
