I've been going to Everett Powersports since moving to Seattle area. I've purchased many gear items from them over the years. You can find some great bargains in clearance items. I've purchased many parts over the years. Knowledgeable staff and they can suggest alternatives. I've had three motorcycles serviced over the years. Always very thorough inspections and very communicative service personnel.nI recently purchased a used motorcycle from here. Sales person Chase was amazing to work with. He worked around my schedule for viewing and test riding. He was patient while I secured financing. This has been a fantastic vehicle purchasing experience.
From the first time I walked into the store a month ago to the phone calls and service today. Outstanding service I will be a customer for life ( or as long as I live in Washington). These guys are possibly the best dealer I've been to, and i haven't even bought a bike from them. Good stock, parts team is fantastic. They always stop to say hello and ask if you need help. Go there and see
Had service done on my CBR1000RR, they left me feeling happy and confident in my ride. Assisted in finding me a good phone mount and new backpack/tail bag combo. Will be going back.
I called around 11am on a Saturday due to a flat tire on my 2002 Honda Goldwing. After realizing my AAA doesn't have motorcycle towing coverage, John was at my house in about an hour. He called me to tell me there were two recalls (on my 18 year old bike) and they were doing one that day, and calling about specifics for the other when they open again on Tuesday.nnAt 4:45 I picked up my motorcycle with new tires, oil change, and new master cylinder with a ridiculously low towing charge. The same day!nnSuper friendly, over the top service, and working hard in these difficult times to win repeat customers. They certainly have one more.nnThank you for everything. I will certainly be back.
