The salesman (His name was Q) was very kind and patient with hearing and understanding our needs. We were able to take our time viewing and driving the cars. I appreciated that the only vehicles that we were shown were in our budget. Each vehicle comes with a lifetime warranty which is awesome. The actual building is comfortable for lots of sitting and waiting with a very clean kid corner area which is closed off so that our kids had a nice place to play without disturbing other people, which made the buying process much more enjoyable for us parents and the kids. All in all a great place to buy a car.

I liked in the ladies restroom stall the Scott paper seat covers. It dispensed a cover so easily and the flap was fully cut around so I didn't tear it. The stall had a bag/purse hook too!) I prefer non- fragrant soap. The aquarium fish in service waiting area are really cool to see. They look well cared for. I sat in a sunny corner of the show area. I thought the service clerk should have rearranged the seats i occupied in the waiting area after I left. I brought my vehicle in for airbag recall. 2 bolts were installed. I wonder exactly where and what for. I got a text from them during my wait checking to see if I had questions.

Jay was wonderful. Zero stress, we called and told him what I was looking for, he worked everything out in a matter of minutes. He was able to run my credit before I went in and find a killer deal on an amazing car. Everything was quick and easy, it was really a great experience overall. I highly recommend working with Jay, I’ll be calling him again when I’m ready to upgrade.

Today I purchased a 2020 Honda CR-V from Klein Honda. My sales associate was Geoff and my buying experience today was very positive. I never felt rushed or pressured to make a quick decision, and he was very patient in finding my preferred color even though it was stored in a separate lot. The specific vehicle I was interested in had a great price listed online lower than other dealers in the area so it was worth my drive up from Seattle. The showroom is modern, clean, and comfortable. I am hoping that my ownership experience matches the sales experience I had today.
