First, I called over 5 times in a period of 3 days and emailed as well, with no response. So I decided to make the long trip up to Everett from Tacoma to see a car that I thought I was going to be a great deal. I get there only to find out the car had been sold. Ten minutes into showing me other cars he says the car is back on the market.. The lady who was going to buy it backed out. After spending $40 on carfax to double check everything I find out the mileage on the odometer was about 200,000 miles short, meaning that someone had rolled the odometer back. After confronting the owner, I received a series of messages that made almost no sense and seemed like a terrible attempt to cover up whatever is going on at this shady place. Overall, a lot of wasted time, effort, and money with an owner who clearly does not know how to manage a used car dealership.

Worst car buying experience ever I am currently sitting with a broken down truck that left me and my two kids stranded on the side of the road and hadn't even own the vehicle for two months. We bought a suburban from here It had an issue with the cylinder eight, the owner wrote a work order do witch is a binding contract to fix the vehicle he took the vehicle to a suppose it mechanics and nothing was wrong with it I insisted he went to the dealership which it did the dealership agreed and so there was a misfire on cylinder ate the backup assist many other issues with the vehicle the owner agreed to fix them at his mechanic took the vehicle racked up almost 1000 miles on the vehicle cracked the windshield never fixedthe problem and refuses to call me back. I am currently trying to come up with the money to fix the issue myself since I am paying the $15,000 loan on top of trying to come up with the money to fix the engine I do have an attorney that is going to sue him for the amount plus the attorney fees the attorney is doing it pro bono because it's an open and shut case I tried to be nice about it and get the owner to settle and just fix the problem and he absolutely refuses and will not even contact me please please do not buy a vehicle here and if you do again please please please take it to your mechanic not his and have the vehicle checked before you purchase it. I do not want anyone else to be in this situation. DO NOT BELIEVE THE OWNER He will make promises that he will never for Phi he will make promises that he will never fulfil.

This guy is about as crooked as they come. My boyfriend bought me a car from here and apparently they didn't charge him tax or liensing at signing, so fast forward a couple months when I lost the key and had it in the shop to make a new one, the car gets returned to him because it was never transferred into my name . He ended up trying to reneg on the original discussion we had about me paying the taxes and licensing and him giving me my car back and instead he sold the car a second time when he knew full well that my man had already paid $7K cash for it. So against the law, but since it was never put in my name I have no course of action to take.
