Maple Grove RV Sales and Service

Purchased 2020 Winnebago (Minnie Winnie 31k) from Maple Grove RV. We worked with John and Mandy throughout the process.nnPart of the deal was that the RV needed to be delivered and ready to use a few days after purchase date (can take up to 3 weeks due to state requirements, required inspections, paperwork, etc). John and Mandy were able to make this happen.nnI was/am very happy with price paid for the vehicle, as it was near bottom end of NADA value, despite being basically brand new (3,500 miles on it, with no previous owners).nnWe have now owned RV for roughly two months, been on several trips in various climates. There have been a few minor issues regarding roller blinds not retracting, generator not starting- which Maple Grove is helping resolve- but ultimately, I am very happy with purchase.nnOverall, it has been a great tool for my family and I during these difficult times. In the sense that the motorhome has helped turn a negative into a positive for us, which was my initial goal. It isn’t an easy task, seeing the positives when the world is in middle of a pandemic. But despite quarantines, political/race conflicts, and a million other things, we have found a way to create those positives, and look forward to our RV trips and spending time together, which has led to some pretty awesome memories.nnIf in the financial position to do so, I highly recommend Maple Grove RV. They have an excellent selection of class C’s, convenient B’s and larger A’s along with a wide range of camping trailers.nThat all being said, an RV or luxury camper/trailer are not at all necessary to do the same. I guess I’m just recommend turning off the damn TV, and driving in your car (with a tent and cooler) to go see a dam! Or somewhere where your phone doesn’t get service :)n.... but, if u do go looking for an RV, call Maple Grove RV!

I have had service and body work done on my coach here and I have to say the staff at Maple Grove RV are bar non the best RV folks I have done business with in the PNW. Evan is awesome and although I don't remember the other staff names they are all always eager to ensure the customer's needs are placed first. From management to the technicians they all have shown us they really care for the customer and all have a great professional attitude. I believe this really shows in the quality of work they do. They have preformed body work twice on my coach and both times were fast yielding perfect results and the painter is truly an artist. Very reasonable rates and don't try to gouge you at the counter. They are my wife and I's new favorite RV place to go.

We visited the dealership after viewing the trailer online. Looking at the trailer there on the lot, everything seemed great. Our questions were answered and we were planning to purchase the trailer.nnWhen we went inside, things took a very wrong turn. First, a woman walked in asking about the trailer we were planning to purchase and then walked out. Red flags went up for us because they didn’t ask her for any information and she left right when he said we were interested in it. It felt like a friend of theirs came by to help seal the deal. But whatever.nnNext we started talking numbers. All of the information online (on their site) listed the price at $18,950. The salesman said that their new price was $22,000 something and that prices were constantly fluctuating. We told them about what their actual site listed the price at currently. Finally, they said they could honor that price but acted like it was a big favor. No thanks!nnAfter leaving, they called and made different excuses for the difference in price and their actions.nnThe whole experience felt dishonest. We wasted more than 5 hours of driving time to visit planning to make a purchase. I wish we would have known how they do business. Loved the trailer but refuse to give this business any of our money.
