Good sales people but not sure about the quality of the cars . I bought a car from them in February and it won't run anymore. Paid 5K+ and it didn't even last a year. I tried getting it repaired and spent 1K+ more on it to no avail. I called them and they were nice enough to say they would look into the car for free but I would have to pay the toll fee and any other fees if new parts were necessary. For a car at that price point that I had bought just months ago, I am disappointed they could not do more.nnUPDATE:nI had to donate the car.nnI called volkswagen and the part that needed to be replaced ( the instrument cluster) isn't manufactured by them anymore thus finding it would be difficult as well as expensive. Furthermore, given it isn't manufactured by them anymore, there is no guarantee the part would fit and work with the car. I loved my bug but sadly it was a 6K+ waste.

We were on the hunt for a reasonably priced 4x4 truck to use around our property. The folks at The Car Connection were amazing. I inquired initially by email and Bryan was quick to respond and very helpful. When we made the trip to see some vehicles on the lot, Vanessa met us in the lot and got us connected to our “new to us” truck and Dave ultimately closed the deal. It was a team effort for sure and we couldn’t be more pleased with our experience. I highly recommend!

The process in purchasing a vehicle at this dealership was simple from start to finish. Communicated online at first, that same day I went down to their location. And in less than an hour we drove off in our new to us Infiniti. I cannot thank Bryan and the rest of the team for their compassion and care for their customers. I highly recommend them if you are in the market for a vehicle.

Best dealership we ever been to!!! My wife & I bought a beautiful & affordable suv from here. Bryan & Vanessa were so helpful & knowledgeable. We had a slight issue with our suv & the mechanic Mario was able to help fix it! Hes very good at what he does & very knowledgeable in his line of work.
