We were very happy with our purchase experience at Poulsbo RV. You just never know how things are going to go when purchasing a vehicle of any kind but Tony took the extra time to get to know us and figure out what would suit us best. We flew down from Alaska and did not have an appointment and we were greeted promptly upon arrival. We went to 2 other places first but Poulsbo has more choices and better variety. They even agreed to store our new RV for a month while we sort out getting back from Alaska. Heather in finance was also a pleasure to work with in my opinion a very professional outfit

Jeremy Cramer, Sales, Federal Way site, provided an outstanding professional sales, marketing approach and a wonderful customer service experience. His insight as an RV professional is not only to sell a specific type of unit to meet any type of a sales quota, but to match the proper unit that fits each customers needs and requirements. He becomes a great listener by hearing all aspects of every potential customers thoughts on their travel and RV expectations and Jeremy dedicates himself to find the perfect solution!!! Great Job Jeremy!!

After purchasing a C class RV last year, we came back to Poulsbo to upgrade to an A class. Our initial encounter with the sales rep was good and we were then introduced to another sales rep who showed us some newer models as we originally were looking at a 2006 diesel. After searching their website, we found our new home away from home, a 2020 Fortis. It is absolutely lovely and we are grateful for the team in Everett and Mt. Vernon that assisted with getting us into this wonderful new rig! Especially Heather who was warm and welcoming when we first bought from Poulsbo and continued to show her warmth and appreciation to us as her customers once again! She is by far the BEST of the BEST at Poulsbo!!

EDIT: After a very frustrating afternoon and phone calls they came through and sent there shop Foreman to my house to fix the problem. I’m very happy with the end result. I changed my review to a 3...nnWhen you buy a house on wheels inevitably issues are going to appear but the issues we are having are in the quality of service. We have had to bring our RV to the Everett lot many MANY times for things to not be right, not be touched, or whatever lame excuse we were given. We were even told their flat rate pay didn’t give them ample time so they didn’t do what was needed... excuse me how is that my issue?! We paid for gold standard service (the Salemans slogan!) and we got rusty bolt standards instead. While the actual people are nice I believe their systems need a major overhaul so the customer doesn’t feel like they are being taken advantage of. Sometimes even a simple hey we screwed up we are sorry would have fixed the issue instead we were given excuse after excuse...

Had a deal in place to buy a high end RV. Throughout the whole process all they kept saying is that they are upside down in the RV. Told them just like its not their problem if I am upside down in my trade, its not mine if they are. This RV was the most expensive one compared to like model of anywhere in the country. I decided to pay a little more for the convince of not having to travel to get one and thought they would take care of me if there were any problems. I walked out at one point due to them not budging on the price. Salesman came out after me and asked what it would take to get the deal done. I told him a price and said that I would do it with certain things being done. We agreed, and I agreed to come back in to do the paperwork. Heather in finance was great and we finished the financing over the phone and set a date to complete the paperwork. A few days later I called to the service department to go over some of the work and asked when I needed to come and and pick out a new couch that was promised to me. That’s when I was told that the couch was taken out of the deal do to there not being enough room in the deal for it. I called and talked to my salesman who confirmed that it was taken out. I informed him that it either needed to be put back in the deal or that I was walking because we agreed to that. He told me to come in to the store in two days when he was back in and that we would get this sorted out. I went in today and he pulled out the new paperwork and wanted me to sign it without the couch. I again told him that I would walk without the couch. He came out a few minutes later and said that management wouldn’t budge. I said why in the world would I do business with a company that didn’t keep its word and left. He sent a few text after saying that he was trying to get management to follow through. The last communication said that they had already started the work on it, and that they agreed to pay for the couch, but that I had to pay the $2000 installation fee. Thought just kept running through my mind, if they were willing to lie about something so obvious, what would they hide that I couldn’t see.
