Had a wonderful experience with this place. I don't have the greatest credit score and they were still able to get me into a decent car! It took a while while they ran my credit and reached out to their lenders but while I was waiting I was able to sit and relax. They really look out for you and try their best to get you into what you want. Even though I wasnt able to get into the van or SUV I wanted due to my own credit issues and not wanting a 600 or more payment they still listened to me of what I needed in my car. I love my new car and will be going back to them in the future. And for anyone who is complaining about their credit being hit, guess what it happens whenever you apply for financing whether its here or another car dealer even when you apply for credit cards or a mortgage it all goes on your credit. What they do is they reach out to multiple lenders trying to get you a loan in what you can afford sometimes they get one deal done and another lender gets back to them with a lower payment so they go with that one. It happens! If you dont want your credit hit dont apply for anything!

Ran my card it some many times it dropped from what I was told was 720 to 592. I requested them to stop running my credit and today I got another letter. This is ruining my future chances of getting a vehicle. He told me I was approved, why am I still getting letters form lenders in the name of pierre money mart asking for loans. To say the least I'm upset, will be talking to management.

They told me they were approving pretty much anyone and I decided to make an application for a brand new outlander since they made it sound so easy, guess what they were able to put a bunch of hard inquirys in my credit but no loan!!!! and when I call them to ask them they didnt answer and when I text them thru facebook I was just left on messenger by seen no answer either I was approve or not just a bunch of hard inquirys. than decided to go to nissan dealer and I drove home with a brand new 2017 nissan without struggle.
