I could not disagree more with Teresa’s review below. Greg is an incredibly honest and compassionate human being and I can tell you why. I am a rookie travel trailer owner and I was stuck in Everett with a trailer with the inappropriate equipment. I was on the verge of traveling cross country and Greg insisted that I be safe and have him work on my trailer. He took care of me and my trailer the very first moment on a Saturday morning. Him and his worker Garrett (an outstanding employee from what I saw) worked on my trailer and made sure I was ready to go. They also educated me on my trailer and the proper equipment that was needed. Greg is the exact type of business owner that this world needs. He is honest, sincere, compassionate, hard working and knowledgeable. Although Greg did not sell me a trailer I can tell that whoever does indeed buy a trailer would be in good hands with Greg. His maintenance is terrific and affordable. Greg is such a nice guy and I am so thankful for him and Garrett’s help when I had no one in the area. I would absolutely recommend his business to anyone.

Reborn RV is a Godsend of RV dealers!nHad been looking around Pierce county for a good used 26'+ travel trailer, when I called Reborn Rv who had 2 available. Teresa was able to give me a bunch of good info over the phone which led me to make an appointment to see the trailers the next day. When I met with Teresa she showed me both models and I really liked the 2008 Wilderness 26'. The trailer had been taken care of and didn't need any major work or repair, I noticed a few minor things Teresa said they would repair.nI met with Greg and negotiated the price and I was surprised to find out that he would have his excellent crew reseal the entire trailer and replace the awning at no extra charge. Wow, wasn't expecting that! Greg is a great guy and kept me informed the entire process, he even had the trailer delivered to my home in Puyallup for no extra charge! I'm completely happy and thankful for finding Greg and Teresa at Reborn Rv! Fantastic experience and service, can't say Thank you enough for all your help and support! Reborn RV is not the best used or refurbished place to by your next trailer from. The owner Greg, is a dishonest person.The trailer I got from him was not what I expected or told it would be like. It was filthy dirty inside & out. I've been in it for about 3 months and it's just a disaster. The wiring in the place seems to be faulty. There's too much that wasn't done to list but the biggest screw up that mr. Greg from reborn rv did with me is deliver me a trailer with the holding tank expanding and laying on axle full of previous owners poop. How can a business owner do such a thing. That is completely discussing not alone to mention unhealthy. The unhonest owner refuses to fix his f ups. To add to the comment made by owner. Too much toilet paper was not used, The trailer was simply delivered with the holding tank completely full because Mr Greg is a money grubber. It's all about the almighty dollar. I wanted to finance but Mr Greg didn't want to because he had it on his heart to rip me off because my boyfriend of 27 yrs had just passed & I was billable. Nothing was done to trailer to make it look newer. He simply installed a fireplace in living room and a new fridge. Gave me used table & chairs that look hideous , they don't match. It's unbelievable that a business could be run in such a manner. I would not recommend anyone go to Mr. Greg at reborn rv. Who delivers a trailer with someone else's poop in the holding tank to a new client & then blames the client.. REBORN RV does. I give th 000 stars oh & btw they were out 2x. If they would of done right first time then mr Greg would not have such a bad review. Reborn RV is to embarrassed to admit that they delivered such a catastrophy, so instead he wants to blame me for using too much toilet paper. I have at least 7 witnesses that saw how it was delivered. He himself came out with one of his employees & still Greg did not fix it. On day 3 he sent out another employee to try & resolve issue cuz as of now it's also leaking onto the ground. That person simply put a different handle on it to open tank to drain when needed, but guess what. The handle was put on wrong. Now in order to drain tank one had to literally crawl under trailer to pull handle. I will not & should not have to crawl under trailer. Greg, as a business owner of Reborn RV should man up & fix it. It was caused by his business. As I stated before there was so much not done on the refurbishment that it's ridiculous. Let me tell you, if I were the owner of the business I would be ashamed of my practices & have some training. Greg needs to learn how to run a credible business. Health & Safety first Mr.Greg .....

I have had two interactions with Reborn RV. The first was late summer when I wanted to sell my popup trailer . They were very straight with me on value and my best options for it . I sold it to a nice family. I was recently looking for a trailer big enough to live in for one person , so I was looking on CL mostly and found one that I thought would work well for me. Where was it? Reborn RV ! I looked at a lot of trailer's and 5th wheel but the one at Reborn had the layout that was best for me . and also all the other RV's I looked at from privet party's were dirty and had broken pieces. Reborn go's through everything to make sure it all work witch made me very confident in buying from them knowing from my previous experience that they are honest people. I love my new (to me) trailer and am almost completely settled in and looking forward happy living ! The trailer I got was a 2002 26' Jaco Flight with the super slide out, very nice. Thank you Reborn!
