Apache service did a excellent job when we needed warranty issues fixed. The staff was friendly and helpful. Karl put us in touch with the service manager Shawn and he did a great job in looking over the issue and communicating with us. He had the tech (Noel) come out to answer some concern we had about the process. Noel did a excellent job explaining the process in the repair. Noel did the repair in a professional and efficient manner and communicated the work with us when he was finished. Once again Apache have proven to us they are dependable in helping customer with service.
Apache RV service department exceeded my expectations when we asked them to do some warranty work on our new trailer bought from a competitor. We weren’t satisfied that the dealer we bought from would do the job right. Having bought previous trailers from Apache we knew the service was excellent. They repaired the problem perfectly and cleaned up after themselves. They hooked up to my tow vehicle (something the dealer I bought it from left for me to do) and had the repair done when they promised. And as we left they said we’re still family!
Karl and his staff at the Everett location were super helpful. They listened to our problem and took immediate steps to fix it. They truly believe in making their customers happy. I would highly recommend Apache RV to anyone looking for a camping trailer!
They have what you want but prices are sky high. They wanted to charge me $4000 more for an Aliner camper than another dealership. They wanted to sell for $14000 I was offered the exact same camper for $9,999 elsewhere. That is a huge price difference for such a low price point. Glad I shopped around.
