I wouldn't call these guys. They will have you number and not stop calling you even if you ask them to stop. Austin here calls me about 2 times a week even though I have left a message to stop calling. When I visited last month they didn't know much about the product they were selling and we're not wearing masks despite covid-19 rules. Didn't find them to helpful and not wearing masks made me uncomfortable.

My salesperson, Hector Diaz, was great. Friendly and forthright, and didn't try to push anything that I didn't want. Thanks so much for the great experience, Hector!!!!

When I was on the sales floor buying my car, they were helpful, accommodating, and answered all my questions while still being personable and friendly. However, since then, I've had questions regarding the down payment (which they have not taken yet), my auto loan (which I've gotten several letters denying coverage of, despite them telling me I was covered while in the office), and I've called multiple times, left voice mails for the people DIRECTLY involved in my transaction, and no one has responded. It's been a week and a half now that I've been reaching out and no one has contacted me to help resolve my issues and help find peace of mind.nnThe sales team were great in person, but the lack of communication and not keeping me updated on the status of my loan and car is highly unprofessional and extremely irritating.

This is the second vehicle I purchased from NW Motor Sport. My first purchase of a Toyota 4Runner I discovered the front struts were leaking and NW Motor Sport replaced them at no charge. The second vehicle I purchased from them is a 2014 Ford F-150. The only reason I traded the 4Runner in for the Ford was I needed a vehicle to tow our travel trailer. After my purchase I have discovered several issues with the truck. Today I went out to start the truck and the battery was dead. I called roadside assistance which took 4 hours to show up to jumpstart the truck. After the jumpstart, I decided to take the truck to a local battery shop to have the battery checked to discover the battery is bad. I replaced the battery on the spot because I do not want to be abandoned on the side of the road due to a bad battery. In addition to the battery issue, I have discovered other issues with the truck which NW Motor Sport is unwilling to fix. I would not recommend this dealer to any of my friends or enemies.

My wife and I have been looking for a good truck, we have been looking for years for the right truck. On Friday we saw a 2007 Chevrolet 2500HD in Puyallup with a “please call to price”. Stock number 76790. On Friday I spoke with 1 person about the truck, put a hold on the truck and made a plan to meet him Sunday. He tells us when he will be in(which is later than we were hoping since we had such a long drive) but we agreed to meet him there.nnWe get almost there and I get a call by a different sales man that says our initial sales person is running late. Ok it happens, we met with that sales person and looked at the truck and went in to discuss the price.nnWe sat down to talk payments and the first thing out of there mouth was well the first guy was wrong, it was supposed to be $2000 more but we will honor that lower price. ( we looked up the price we were given and it was ~125% blue book value of the vehicle. While waiting for this sales person to get back from the usual talk with “the manager,” the original person called me and said they couldn’t go any lower than his price. After that call a third “experienced” and very rude sales person who went off about how rare it is to find a truck that good, he said they could go for $1500 lower than the original price we were told but nothing lower. The last sales person stood up and angrily said well you need to contact the original person to get your hold money back and walked off. Then the second person (the one we showed us the truck at the start of the day) came back and stood at a distance to tell us he talked to the “regional manager” and they can’t drop the price any lower. Apparently it takes three people to tell us they don’t really want to work with us and take our business.nnMy wife and I have bought cars from several other dealerships in the past and were completely blown away by how rude we were treated. Between the price and in-person sales service (we didn’t even make it to the official financial team), I would highly recommend avoiding their stores.
