Very nice but did not help our problem, actually made it worse. The lady who took the calls and scheduled told us the guy who was coming was the one they would call if others couldn’t solve a problem. This is doubtful for many reasons. He was really nice but not very educated on rv issues. Cost us a lot of time and money for no solution.

Hands down the best team top to bottom I have ever dealt with across the board all departments. Had several dealings and love our service guy Wes (like all employees they don't just say it they show it by caring about and being there for their customer's). Would trust any of them completely with sales, service or advice any day of the week. If you go anywhere else you are crazy and will lose out don't care if it is an hour drive. Thank you from my family to yours Ryan's team for being the best

They solved two problems today, for free, and with a great attitude. This is the reason you go to independent businesses like this, because each customer means something to them, and they take care of you.nI had a propane leak in a Saturday and it was hard to find anywhere with a mechanic on duty - they found the source and told me what $3 part to buy at Home Depot to fix it.nThat still didn't fix the problem, so I returned and he flushed the system by lighting the stove for a few minutes, and magically everything worked again.nThank you, I'll be back!

RV Town came highly recommended by a friend who has been RVing for years. I went there because the knob for the tank/city water was stuck. Taylor was able to turn it (I don't know how he did it because several people tried previously and it wouldn't budge), and that took care of it! I was also given advice as to why the water temperature fluctuated so much, and bought a new shower head that allows more pressure. Hopefully, that will do the trick. Everyone, from the receptionist to Ryan and Taylor, were friendly, professional, and so helpful. Being a 68-year-old woman, I appreciated that they didn't talk down to me. I will definitely recommend RV Town to anyone needing service on their rig.

I love this dealership. From the deal we got on our wonderful trailer, buying parts, every one we deal here with you can tell really cares about helping. Our Wildwood trailer had no issues and we felt great about the sales price and the whole process from start to finish.
