I've been fortunate to have discovered Debbie Gonzales at the Lakeside H&R Block. She goes above and beyond explaining everything to me. I feel that she really cares and I trust her experience and knowledge with my taxes. Debbie always makes sure I know how much it will cost before we get started. I seriously hope she doesn't retire for a while. Thank you. :-)

Deb is amazing! She makes everything so easy and quick. She remembers who I am even though I see her once a year. The reception staff is very helpful and sweet. I recommend any going!

Brian Cohen is a true tax professional! He’s been helping us for years and he’s the guy we trust! He knows his job inside and out, is able to answer all your questions, and always checks everything twice to make sure everything is absolutely right!

I set up an appointment about figuring out what I need from the IRS to fix a taxing issue because I figured they are professionals they would understand. After speaking with the staff member I later sat with, she seemed to have a complete understanding of my issue. During the appointment she had zero recollection of my case nor what I needed help with, after explaining again she proceeded to look through her IRS documentation request forms and repeat “I don’t know what these are for.” At that moment I knew I couldn't be helped and reached for my papers so I could leave. This woman slapped down her hand over my papers and pulled them towards her saying she wasn’t trying to kick me out. After moments of her just shaking her head and repeating that she didn’t know what to do, I was finally able to leave. I will NEVER consider H &R block staff members any type of professionals again. Accept for the receptionist, honestly they were exceptional.
