Prices at your door do not reflect what I’m charged at the end. Went to you last year and was charged over $500. After I complained they reduced it to around $350. Decided to give you a second chance this year. You changed your pricing signs on the door and I was expecting around $350, when final bill came it was over $500 again. I complained they took off $100. My old tax CPA NEVER charged more than $350, I won’t be back and will let anyone who asks about your deceiving pricing practices

Our tax pro has been extremely helpful for the past couple of years. This is the first time doing our taxes with him 2 states away. It was very quick since all documents were loaded on my H&R Block account.

I always come back to my same agent Oliva she puts a lot of detail to her work. She make me feel comfortable and she explains tax preparation to full detail. The best customer service ever.
