My Grandma has recently just gotten a storage unit which was the same place my mom had her storage unit at but she doesn’t anymore!. But anyway they had spoken to my grandma about my OWN mother’s business cause they recognized her from the last name, that she had business with them before, which is unprofessional and disrespectful that they would need to start telling her business with grandma! Don’t talk about other people’s past business if you want any good business with future tenants!.
Storage units are priced accordingly. Lot is clean. Friendly hours. Rental truck available. Easy way of doing business. Hard to find these days.
The manager always worked with me on payment and as long as you keep incontact with him then he wont just take and sell your stuff at auction which I think is a super big deal. The only bad part about this place is theres no security like anyone can drive in and out of here but someone does live on site and they do close the gate once closed at 10pm I think I remember.

Prices aren't that bad. Had mine more than 5 years now. They do a awesome job on upkeep. Roof's, road repair,security cameras. Good neighborhood. They let you know if you forgot to lock your unit up correctly. Yes,it happened once.
