representatives need more training. Depend on co workers for answers. They can’t answer simple questions without looking lost. Honestly just don’t go to this location choose a different hr block. I had to go to a different location due to their professionalism.

Yvette Black is an awesome CPA. Never worry with her preparing my taxes. Whether I owe or receive a refund she cares for her clients and informs us of changes to policies for filing and explains them clearly. She is a reason I use H&R Block. Her competence and knowledge gives me the trust that my filings are always accurate and correct.
