I went there to shop local and a lovely man gave me some dog food and explained to me how they would refund my money if it didn't work out. I went back today and it was somebody else with a different set of rules. And of course what that guy has said was not true any longer I end up buying leashes and collars that are horrible and I'm going to return them and I'm done with that local business.

The employees were very knowledgeable about items in the store and answered all my questions, from betta tank filters to gluten free dog treats. More than that they all treated our dog with affection (he was thrilled). The store is well maintained and has a large variety of pets and pet supplies. I like the aquarium section!

I love this pet store. I have 2 guinea pigs and an army of hamsters. I buy all their food here. The have some amazing bulk food for them (and birds and bunnies) that is super cheap and the animals love it. Their animals always look well cared for and the employees are very friendly.

Pro: always plenty of staff around to help Con: do not stand behind products/too lazy to deal with return. We had a flexi dog leash (manufacturer has a 2 year warranty) that broke after 1 week. I had original packaging and receipt. Clerk took 1 look at dings on case and said couldnt send back in that condition. Didn’t care product was defective. If it had been 1.5 years would they still want it to be pristine? We’ve been patronizing for years to keep our business local, but now will be looking for alternative. Update 10/2020: I emailed Clark's on 9/20/20 per their request below so they could follow up. It's been a month and still no reply.
