Oceanside RV Resort

We wanted to love it. All paved, dog run, close to shopping/restaurants/coffee/beach even if on bikes but it missed the mark for us. We had ants by night two and the train doesn't just run it goes almost all night! From about 5 am every 15 min to way past 11pm at night which is way more than necessary since the cars where never full. The park was full, we stayed in July and got one of the last 20' sites left up towards the exit. Tykes love this hill it seemed, they would run their bikes etc down and loop back up and down.

One thing you should know, it is close to a train intersection so if train whistles keep you up or wake you then you might want a different location. They are still a 5 though because their sites are clean, pool lovely, and staff outstanding, going above and beyond 2 separate occasions in our 5 day stay. Plus the cost is reasonable compared to the rest of the places in the area. Thanks so much for your exceptional customer service!

Very small RV pads, with the entire place being basically concrete. Mostly about having a spot in the area. Fairly quiet, but know that the Coaster train line runs right along one side.

This place is unsafe. The photos online don’t represent this RV park accurately. There are adults walking around the park that are clearly overly intoxicated and saying inappropriate things. My husband went and spoke to the office where he was given the managers number, she didn’t care about our concerns (we wanted a refund, to go somewhere where we could feel safe and comfortable we had only been here for a couple of hours). She refused to give us a refund :(nnThe grounds are not kept. The bathrooms are not clean. There is nothing about this place that is family friendly. It makes me so sad that we spent the amount of money we have to be here for four days and my son doesn’t feel safe to ride his bike.nnFor anyone reading these reviews please take this review seriously and don’t spend your money here. There is an RV park across the street that is clean and has a very family friendly atmosphere.nn** When you advertise a place it should be what you are advertising. There are no children riding bikes or playing. When someone feels as though they have been lead to believe something and it doesn’t meet they should be refunded. Especially when they feel unsafe. We have visited the office and no one is there, multiple times. We texted the manager last night and had no response. There are plenty of available spots, they are not booked for the holiday and they just refuse to refund us so that we can go somewhere where we feel safe and comfortable. I’m not sure why your response says we were worried about the pool? We have no intentions of using the pool.

12 minute walk to beach. Nice pool. No playground for kids. Great hook ups. Nice clubhouse and store. New bathrooms and showers. I love that they use solar power.
