great company and actually took the time to figure out my issue. After calls to multiple plumbers and heating companies these guys are the best! Everyone from the service department to the techs themselves really care about your issue and will get it fixed!

I needed an ignitor for our furnace as ours went out. I called at 1pm on a Friday and was told the parts department was closed already and to call back Monday. Ended up finding what I needed on Amazon. I would have rather paid a little extra to support a local business but its cold and I needed my furnace working. Not a good or bad rating, just okay.

After hiring Barron to figure out why our heat pump splitters kept shutting off, they sent a younger gentleman to trouble shoot the system. After hours of him standing in one spot starring at his phone, he told us not to use any of the special features of the system and told us the system was more than 10 years old and is on it's way to needing replaced. We were quoted 4 to 5k for replacement. We told him we would wait and see how it holds up just using the basic functions. Lasted approximately 6 months. Called them again for replacement and the price almost doubled. I ended up calling one of their competitors and they came out and found it was a fuse issue. Charged us $175 and it runs great, we can use all of the functions and haven't had any issues. I'm writing this review approximately 10 months later and still running great. Shame on you Barron. Just another example of a company taking advantage of their customers. My advice is to seek a second opinion especially if Barron Heating is involved

I encountered a major cooling issue at one of my recently. I was not only thoroughly enlightened on what the issue was and how it happened, but was surprised by how fast the fixing was done than promised and I feel like the price I paid was well worth it. The techs were awesome,very knowledgeable and efficient.I rate them 5*****!!

Caleb from Barron Heating & Air Conditioning arrived on time, listened and addressed my concerns, and got to work immediately. He was methodical in his examination, and reported exactly what he found back to me. He gave me several options, and his attention to detail and customer service is something to vouch for.Will call and use him over and over again!!
