For 08/22/2020, this store is behind the Nike Factory Store and not where Google Maps says it is.nnCOVID shopping review: there was no one at the door taking count like all of the other big stores were doing. None of the employees greeted us. Lighting was dark compared to Columbia.nnPrice was still high for the rain jackets.nnNot going back.

The best outlet I have ever been.

Helpful staff and decent amount of items in stock. Got a nice good looking gore-tex snowboarding jacket for a very very modest price. Floor staff is always happy to help with advice. Once checkout line started growing guys quickly added more people to registers - props for that.

Great customer service; great selection.

Absolutely amazing staff, very nice and helpful! Didn't catch names, but an African American young man with dreadlocks in particular was exceptional!
