I was just with here with my mom and grandma and were waiting outside. They told us that two of us could come in but we decided to wait since there were three of us and we wanted to go in together. They did a headcount of how many people were in there and were jumping between numbers because they couldn’t even count correctly. We stood there and waited and two more people came out so that means that there’s a total of four people that could go in, and so we were about to walk in and the girl goes “only two”, but there was more occupancy. My mom asked her why we couldn’t all go in and she just had an attitude and so my mom walked off and she said “okay go” in a really rude tone, she definitely does not have any good customer service. I would give this place zero stars if I could. Revaluate your staff because she is driving away customers.

Friendly and attentive employees

This is the place to go for the warmest, coziest slippers ever. Just buy them 1 size larger than usual as the curly sheepskin inside takes up room andmakes them fit smaller. They also have the prettiest colors in suede snow boots. I love my pink boots and red slippers.
