I would give zero star if I could. The sales/cashier woman was RUDE!!!! I found a blemish on the dress which I had not even tried on. She questioned me loudly if I was the one blemish the dress?! How dare!!!! It was brought to me straightforwardly by one of her staffs in the back, claiming it was new. After humiliating me in public, she never apologize nor regret. They also refused to correct the price tag. I had to pay whatever shown in their system! Never again would I shop here!! BE AWARE OF THEIR INCONSISTENT PRICING!! TAG PRICES AND SYSTEM PRICES ARE INCONSISTENT!!

Be very careful and check everything you buy at this store with “microscope”. I bought 5 bags Just picked up from the shelves, not from the back. 3 of the bags were damaged, cracked and stained. I did not expect this from reputable US brand.... I could not believe that I got “cat in the bag” from Michael Kors boutique... be very careful when you buy from this store!

Great sales all the time and an extremely helpful and professional staff. When purchasing sale goods as them to check the back for new inventory of the product your interested in.

I had very bad experience with a return today. Their system can't support search by credit card (not digital at all) and some reason they can't find the order by Phone number or Email Address provided. I showed the credit card transaction in my account, but the Staff and manager are adamant and does not care about customer experience, ZERO empathy. I am NEVER going to shop here or the brand anymore.
